Fund Corporation is a Guernsey-based administrator, licensed and regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission to administer investment holding structures including open- and closed-ended collective investment schemes, family office vehicles and private investment clubs.

Our executive directors are all professionally qualified, having trained as accountants and lawyers in London and we specialise in developing bespoke solutions, within a client’s overall advisory team to help achieve their long term goals.

Fund Corporation, and our sister company, Trust Corporation, are independent, owner-managed and committed to remaining so.  All directors are shareholders in the business, meaning our interests are always aligned with our clients.
