In his capacity as Director of Legal for Zedra Fund Services, Jesse is responsible for advising Zedra personnel and management on legal, compliance and risk related issues affecting fund accounting, investor relations, compliance, anti-money laundering, investor due diligence and adherence to internal policies and procedures.

Jesse works closely with fund clients from the onboarding stage through the lifetime the fund; from reviewing and providing guidance on formation documents, private placement memorandum, subscription agreements, capital activity, anti-money laundering and know your client requirements, corporate resolutions and providing direct assistance to investors of fund clients. Jesse acts as a continuous point of contact for any legal and corporate governance related matters impacting Zedra Fund Services and its fund clients.

Jesse has worked as in-house counsel in the fund services industry for 12 years. Prior to joining Zedra Fund Services in 2023 as its Director of Legal, he worked at Citco Fund Services where he became Vice President of Legal for the Americas and thereafter, General Counsel of Atlas Fund Services.

Jesse is admitted to practice law in in the State of New York.

Jack Standen is a Managing Director in IQ-EQ’s New York office. Jack supports the growth of its international funds business, supporting US clients with their non-US service requirements across funds, debt capital markets and corporates covering IQ-EQ’s full range of products and services.

Jack joined IQ-EQ in 2014, working predominantly within IQ-EQ’s funds and asset managers segment supporting new and established fund managers globally, with a range of servicing needs including fund administration, corporate services, compliance, AIFM, AR and depositary solutions. Jack spent most of his tenure with IQ-EQ in London before moving over to the New York office in 2023.
