Paul is Immediate Past Chairman of the Guernsey International Business Association and is past Chairman of the Guernsey Investment Managers’ & Stockbrokers’ Association and of the International Bankers’ Association in Guernsey.

Paul is Head of Guernsey Portfolio Management at Collins Stewart and has over 20 years’ experience in financial markets in London, Dublin and Guernsey, having held senior positions in portfolio management and trading, with particular expertise in fixed income investments. Prior to joining Collins Stewart he was Chief Executive at Corazon Capital and previous to that he was Managing Director of Rothschild’s Swiss private banking subsidiary in Guernsey.

He graduated from Oxford University with a MA (Hons).  Paul is a Fellow of the Securities and Investment Institute.
