Guernsey Finance

Carla McNulty graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies in 1982. Since moving to Guernsey, she has held senior operational management positions with Guernsey based companies Specsavers Optical Group and Healthy Direct.

In 2004, Carla entered local politics and held responsibility in her first term as Deputy Minister of Commerce and Employment.

Following the Guernsey General Election in 2008, she was appointed as the Minister for the Commerce and Employment Department and a member of the States of Guernsey Policy Council.
