Fiona Le Poidevin

Fiona joined Guernsey Finance at the end of March 2011 from KPMG in Guernsey where she was Senior Tax Manager for the previous four years.
Fiona was born in Guernsey and attended The Ladies’ College before studying Mathematics at the University of Durham. She began her professional career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, auditing FTSE 100 clients in the Insurance and Investment Management Division. Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Fiona moved within PwC London to become a tax consultant providing compliance and advisory services for FTSE 250 to 500 companies across a range of industries.
Early in 2004 she moved back to Guernsey as a Tax Manager at PwC with responsibility for 250 clients, primarily financial services clients in the funds, banking, insurance and fiduciary sectors. It was in April 2007 that Fiona joined KPMG as a Senior Tax Manager, where she has provided clients with a broad range of tax advisory work and assumed extra responsibilities, including liaison with finance industry associations.
