Headquartered in Guernsey, Oak Group is a private client, corporate services, and fund administration business with offices in Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Mauritius, and Luxembourg. Formed in 2018 through the consolidation of four carefully selected businesses, Oak collectively brings together 65 years of experience between them. 

Oak has over 200 employees across our group, many with qualifications in a range of disciplines including accountancy, trust, company secretarial and investments. Our private client and corporate services team provide the strength and depth of expertise needed to deliver prompt and considered services to our clients, whilst our funds team deliver bespoke fund administration and depositary services to private equity, open-ended, listed, and alternative asset fund structures.
