Sean has worked in the Guernsey pensions industry for close to 15 years, with experience across both personal and occupational pensions. He joined Sovereign in Guernsey in 2017 as a Business Development Manager, subsequently being promoted to the Board in 2020 and being appointed as Managing Director of Sovereign Pension Services upon its formation. Sean is an Executive Committee member of the Guernsey Association of Pension Providers.

Anna is a director within BWCI's Guernsey fiduciary business. Her extensive experience in the pensions and trust industry commenced with over 15 years practising as a lawyer in the UK and subsequently Guernsey during which she worked with all types of domestic and international pension arrangements. She has also worked as a regulator in both jurisdictions and as a director of a Guernsey pension fiduciary business. Anna has been a member of the committee of the Guernsey Association of Pension Providers and its sub-committees and also presents on international pensions training courses. 

Rowan joined the agency in June 2024 as Northern England Representative. His role includes developing the profile of Guernsey in northern England and promoting key products and services across investment funds, private wealth, insurance and pensions.  

Bringing more than two and a half decades’ experience as a strategic brand marketer to the role, Rowan has worked with international clients across numerous sectors in the advertising and marketing services industries. 

Born and raised in Guernsey, Rowan was educated at Elizabeth College and the Lancaster University Management School. He also spends time in his role as Owner of iamrowan Ltd, a Manchester-based brand marketing strategy consultancy and new business facilitator, and as Chairman of The St James’s Club - a Private Members Club in Manchester.
