RECI's investment objective is to provide Ordinary Shareholders with a levered exposure to a portfolio of Real Estate Credit Investments, Cell Shareholders with an amortising portfolio of Residual Income Positions and Preference Shareholders with stable returns in the form of quarterly dividends.
