Martin-Dale Bradley

Managing Director Sovereign Group

Martin-Dale Bradley is the Managing Director of Sovereign Trust (Channel Islands) Limited, (STCIL) having been appointed in March 2025.

Before becoming MD, Martin-Dale was a director of Sovereign Pension Services (CI) Limited, the sister company of STCIL, which provides trustee and administration services for local and international pension, retirement and savings products. Prior to joining Sovereign, Martin-Dale was a practising attorney in South Africa, having been admitted by the High Court in 2014. Martin-Dale had spent most of his practising career at a corporate commercial law firm in Durban, which specialised in onshore restructuring of its client’s assets.

Justin Sykes

Director, Fund Foundry / Managing Director, Innovest Advisory

Justin is an impact investment specialist and innovative finance advisor with more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing impactful investments across developed and emerging markets. He co-founded the Fund Foundry in 2026 as a Guernsey-enabled solution to address the unmet demand from emerging fund managers for technical support, financing access, and mentorship to accelerate fund launches.

Justin is the founder and Managing Director of Innovest Advisory, an impact investment boutique which advises on $4.5bn+ private markets AUM. Prior to Innovest, he worked for a private foundation in the Middle East where he designed and managed a $50m+ impact investment portfolio, and has previously worked for the United Nations and the Prince's Trust on large-scale job creation initiatives. Additionally, he serves as a non-executive director of a number of impact investment funds and vehicles.
