The Group is licensed as a Full Fiduciary and regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission.

Shareholder Services

Our Shareholder Services team provide a highly efficient and automated shareholder registration, nominee and custody service with the capacity and capability to service of a range of investment schemes from large, multinational, global fund launches on behalf of internationally recognised institutions through to small start-up funds comprising a narrow investor base.

We are licensed under the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1987, as amended, to provide the restricted activities of Promotion, Subscription, Registration, Dealing, Administration and Custody to Category 1 and 2 Controlled Investments.
