Rex Cowley
Rex Cowley is a Director and Co-founder of the specialist personal and employee benefits provider Overseas Trust and Pension. He has over 30 years of experience in global financial services and is recognised for his pioneering work in the international pensions sector. He is a published author on this sector and has chaired master classes and delivered keynote addresses at retirement forums in cities including London, Dubai, Hong Kong, Singapore and Cape Town. Rex has worked or consulted for firms including JP Morgan, Royal Bank of Canada, Fleming, Close Brothers, Prudential and Old Mutual and has consulted on the development of pension legislation in territories including the Cayman Islands, Gibraltar, Jersey and Guernsey.
Independently recognised in the top 100 most influential people in global financial services in 2018 and 2019 for his significant contribution to the development of the international pension sector, he holds professional and academic qualifications from institutions including the Charted Institute for Securities and Investment and holds a Master’s in Law from the University of Salford UK, an Advanced Post Grad in international tax from Thomas Jefferson Schools of Law USA, and a Master’s of Science from the University of South Wales.
Anna Gray
Anna is a director within BWCI's Guernsey fiduciary business. Her extensive experience in the pensions and trust industry commenced with over 15 years practising as a lawyer in the UK and subsequently Guernsey during which she worked with all types of domestic and international pension arrangements. She has also worked as a regulator in both jurisdictions and as a director of a Guernsey pension fiduciary business. Anna has been a member of the committee of the Guernsey Association of Pension Providers and its sub-committees and also presents on international pensions training courses.
Chris Hards
Chris is a managing associate in the Ogier private wealth team and advises on all aspects of trust and foundation law to individuals, fiduciaries and other service providers. Chris also has experience in advising on international pensions and the application of UK taxation to offshore individuals, corporates and trust structures.

Anton is a Senior Director in JTC's Employer Solutions business, based in London. He has over 25 years' experience of working with multinational employers on all aspects of their workplace retirement and savings needs for their international assignees, expat populations and local headcount in jurisdictions where there is limited retirement provision.
