David Clarke FCG, TEP, joins as Head of Client Services, bringing 23 years of experience in trust and corporate services, working with bank-owned, private equity, and listed providers.

With a background supporting high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and corporate clients across multiple jurisdictions, David’s expertise spans corporate governance, employee share schemes, and business process re-engineering.

A Chartered Governance Fellow and STEP-qualified professional, he also holds an MSc in Corporate Governance, an MBA, and a PRINCE2 qualification.

Andrew has almost 25 years' experience. His practice covers all core areas of offshore non-contentious practice. He has managed many large and complex transactions on behalf of trustees as well as advising them on M&A, financing, corporate, competition and regulatory matters in the trusts industry. 

He works across a range of structures including private, corporate, charitable, purpose and commercial trusts, foundations, family offices, partnerships and companies. 

Andrew has also gained experience as a director of Guernsey regulated financial services businesses and listed vehicles.

Rowan joined the agency in June 2024 as Northern England Representative. His role includes developing the profile of Guernsey in northern England and promoting key products and services across investment funds, private wealth, insurance and pensions.  

Bringing more than two and a half decades’ experience as a strategic brand marketer to the role, Rowan has worked with international clients across numerous sectors in the advertising and marketing services industries. 

Born and raised in Guernsey, Rowan was educated at Elizabeth College and the Lancaster University Management School. He also spends time in his role as Owner of iamrowan Ltd, a Manchester-based brand marketing strategy consultancy and new business facilitator, and as Chairman of The St James’s Club - a Private Members Club in Manchester.
