Christina is a Board Director and Executive Committee member for Aon Insurance Managers, Guernsey. Aside from her directorship and underwriting team responsibilities she manages the insurance needs for a captive portfolio via Aon Guernsey’s Insurance Centre of Excellence. Christina is a board Director for a number of captive insurance companies and Operational Executive for others.

As a captive practitioner and strategy leader Christina has over 35 years international insurance market experience in senior management and team leadership positions in London, Zurich, Bermuda and now Guernsey. Her underwriting experience includes 12 years as a lead casualty underwriter for Swiss Re. She was previously a member of the JLT Insurance Management Bermuda senior executive team, working strategically to optimise captive solutions.

Christina is a graduate of Manchester University and holds a BA Honours degree. She is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Chartered Insurer. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors. Christina is British and Bermudian.

Mark has been involved in the Insurance sector in Guernsey for more than 20 years, working in a variety of areas including captives, ILS, reinsurance and commercial entities. Mark is currently CEO of Marco Re – a dual rated legacy carrier - and CEO of Polo Insurance Managers – a leading independent insurance manager based in Guernsey. With a background in underwriting and a ACII qualification, Mark brings creativity and experience to structuring and managing insurance vehicles for a wide variety of clients. As past Chair of the Guernsey International Insurance Association and its Market Development Committee, Mark is passionate about promoting Guernsey’s insurance sector.

Richard Paris-Smith joined SRS Management on 1 January 2022, where he has been responsible for a portfolio of existing clients while working with the SRS team to support the Company’s growth strategy in Guernsey and Europe.

Richard has more than 30 years’ experience in the insurance industry. He spent 24 years in the 
London broking market, working for much of that time with a team focused on creating innovative 
reinsurance solutions. He moved to Guernsey in 2004 where he has gained significant experience in 
managing and advising captive and other specialized insurance and reinsurance vehicles.

Kate is a Guernsey Advocate and English Solicitor with more than 25 years of experience as a commercial lawyer. She has spent the last 18 years in Guernsey practising financial services law, and specialising in corporate and regulatory insurance matters. 

She is now a full time professional non-executive director, sitting on the boards of various insurance and investment companies, as well as Guernsey Finance. She also sits on the executive committee of the Guernsey International Insurance Association (GIIA) and is past Chair of GIIA’s Pensions De-risking sub-committee.
