Carey Olsen advises Coller Capital on US$17 billion fundraise for global equity secondaries platform

Carey Olsen has advised Coller Capital ("Coller") on the formation and raising of Coller International Partners IX ("CIP IX"), its largest ever fund, bringing the total capital raised to US$17 billion for Coller’s private equity secondaries platform, across its commingled funds, co-investment funds, separately managed accounts and equity perpetual funds, in its latest fundraising cycle.

CIP IX invests in LP-led and GP-led secondary transactions around the globe, focusing on high-quality portfolios. Aligned with Coller Capital’s established private equity secondaries strategy, the fund seeks to deliver strong, risk-adjusted returns and resilient performance by providing investors with diversified exposure to high-quality equity assets. Coller Capital’s Assets under Management (AUM) now stand at US$50 billion.
