Ed Hammond
Ed Hammond is a Chartered Tax Adviser and joined Coller Capital, one of the world’s leading private capital secondaries investors with $36bn AUM, in 2007. He currently works as Head of Tax and GP Operations.

Jerry Paul
Jerry is CFO at Queen’s Park Equity, a lower UK mid-market focused private equity firm with more than £200m AUM. He has more than 30 years of experience in the private equity and financial services industry. Before QPE, he worked as the CFO at Argan Capital for more than 12 years, and prior to Argan’s spin-out from Bank of America, Jerry served as the European Private Equity Finance Director within the bank. Before joining Bank of America, Jerry worked for PwC in London and Guernsey. Jerry is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a BSc in Geography from the University of Durham.

Aranpreet Randhawa
Aranpreet Randhawa advises European and international clients on the structuring, formation, and operation of both open- and closed-ended investment funds across various strategies, including private equity, growth, infrastructure, and real estate. Aranpreet also regularly advises on spin-outs, co-investments, end-of-life restructurings, and the establishment of carried interest and co-investment schemes. The Legal 500 recognises Aranpreet in the Investment Funds: Private Funds category as a Next Generation Partner. Aranpreet was also recognised as a notable practitioner in Investment Funds by IFLR 1000.
