Archie Burgess

Investment Director
Cibus Capital

Archie is an Investment Director at Cibus Capital, a PE and VC fund c.$1.2bn AUM focused on the agrifood sector. He is dedicated towards venture/growth equity and focuses primarily on robotics and automation, precision agriculture, genetics and further downstream applications such as precision fermentation. Prior to Cibus Capital, Archie was in investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London where he worked as part of the Industrials Group. Archie holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford.

Mark Harrison

Mark is CFO at Sprints, a European growth capital investment firm focused on tech.  Mark is responsible for all finance and operations activities at the firm.

A chartered accountant, Mark has almost 20 years of Private Equity and Venture Capital experience.  He spent 8 years at 3i in various roles in both the middle office and group functions, before joining Eight Roads as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, supporting the principal investing, venture capital and real estate teams.  Mark has a Mathematics degree from the University of Bath.

David Kippen

Managing Director
Cordiant Capital

David Kippen brings a 25-year background in telecoms/technotogy, M&A and private
equity investing. Having been based in San Francisco, New York and London, he has
completed over 40 M&A transactions valued at over $30 billion. In addition, he has
worked on numerous private and public debt financings in the technology and telecoms
sectors. and currently sits on the board of a telecoms-enabled company in Berlin (where
he structured and led the investor group), and on the board of Rendeavour.


Mr Kippen was a colleague of Benn Mikula's in JPMorgan's Technology Investment Banking Group and subsequently moved to UBS before shitting gears to a multi-billion dollar family office. He holds a BA from McGill University and an MA from Johns Hopkins/SAIS.

Woody Stileman

Managing Director
RTW Investments

Woody is Managing Director at RTW Investments (the investment manager of RTW Biotech Opportunities Ltd.). He also serves as Head of Office in the UK. A member of the Strategic Partnerships team, he is responsible for helping to build and engage with strategic and institutional partners internationally. Woody’s primary responsibility includes capital raising across the firm’s various institutional products. Prior to joining RTW, Woody was Head of Investor Relations and Business Development at Tower House Partners. Before that, he was responsible for International and Institutional Investor Relations and Business Development at Odey Asset Management. He began his career in Equity Capital Markets at Dresdner Kleinwort before moving onto the buyside at Waverton Investment Management (formerly JO Hambro) where he ultimately managed their Asian equity portfolios. Woody graduated with a First Class MA Hons in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh.
